			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After watching a movie called Wrong Step, one sentence the main actor who is a teacher by the way, said to one of his students (who was a trouble maker) father “I have to shape your son while we still have a chance“. What he ment by that is that kids need to have proper behavior, education and all that it comes with raising kids so they have a easier life later on. Kids start learning at early age. Once they deviate early from their normal living and communication with parents it gets very hard later on.</p>
<p>Also working parents tend to forget that kids need to be with their friends, kids their age. They learn from each other. The best is if you can send kids to kinder garden that has multiple programs; sport, learning other languages etc...</p>
<p>I was amazed when one of my kids came home one day and started saying words in german. They have a program that lasts about one hour each day where they learn words from different languages. I really liked that. Kids should learn to be independent as soon as they can. This comes with age of course but sooner they learn it, it will be easier for both kids and parents. This will come handy later in life as they already know that they do not depend on someone.</p>
<p>There is one thing I don't like hearing is that parent try to push kids to educate themselves in the same profession as their parents. Kids in their early age develope a sense of what they want to do and want to be. We as parents may guide them, but not stop them from achivig a goal they put afront themselves. This is very important junction in their life. They need a support of their belowed even though we think something else is better for them, however it is like a hobby. What we like, that is what we do. Simple as that.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You wake up in the morning not knowing what is going on with you.  You feel very BLUE, cannot think straight, cannot work, drink your morning coffee and the worst  thing is thinking of how in the world will I show up at work today!  But you know how it is you HAVE to!!! But you just cannot!</p>
<p>I am freaking out, GOD, am I dying?  I am 30 years old, I don't really think it is time!  All I really want to do is go back to bad and never crawl out again!  I hate the feeling!  Why is this happening to me!</p>
<p>With a lot of suggestions from my wife I visit the DR. and he says, come on Z, you are not the only one!  Actually every 3rd person that comes to my office has that same problem!</p>
<p>Now I feel relieved BUT, I don't see this improving with the medication.  As longs as I am on it, I feel good, BUT I need to get this fixed for good without medacation.</p>
<p>So I start with where the problem is, which is the head!  Yeah, our brain is afraid, and our brain is not letting us think straight.  Now listen, I am not the kind of guy who can go to "sessions" especially group psychological session, I need to get this done in private!</p>
<p>So I search around and I come accross a great product called <a href="http://www.lessanxiety.com/attacking-anxiety-and-depression-by-lucinda-bassett">Attacking Anxiety and Depression by Lucinda ! </a></p>
<p>Yeah it was a bit pricy on their site, but I bought a used at half the price!  It helped me clear the issues I had, the issues that we all want to get rid of!</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">You are not to blame!<span> </span>The anxiety happens because of the upcoming uncertainty.<span> </span>I love my wife a lot, but I was so afraid for her and the baby that I could just not let go.<span> </span>Yes, us man, don’t like to admit the weakness, but that is the fact.<span> </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">That is why it is so important to be open with each other.<span> </span>Don’t let the things build up.<span> </span>Get to the core of the problem right away.<span> </span>You are married, you are the two soul mates, and the miss communication can cause the two of you to get a divorce.<span> </span>Husband with an anxiety has an issue, issue that can be fixed while talking to each other.<span> </span></p>
