How to Easily Reduce Stress and Feel Good!

You probably are too busy and have taken on too much you’re your shoulders! You have to find a way to reduce stress so you can feel good again.

First, there are two things you should know. First, having just a little stress in your life can be a benefit. This tends to keep many people on their toes! However, too much of the stress is harmful because it causes both physical and mental problems. Due to this, many people have anxiety or depression!

Here are some tips to help you cope with anxiety.

Write it out!

Don’t keep to things in your mind. Even the little thins as the to do list, many people tend to keep in their mind. Don’t do this! You have to find a way to get it out of your head and that is where the paper comes in handy.

One Thing at the Time!

You cannot really do 5 things at once. That is where that too much on your shoulder comes in. When you make your to do lists, set priorities. There are always things that have to get done right away, and some that have to wait a little bit.


Delegate, delegate, delegate.

You know, people who have too much stress, are those who want to do everything on their own. It does not work that way! You cannot do it by yourself. Get others to help you out.

Acknowledge your accomplishments!

You know, when you get things done, pat yourself on the back. It is over and behind you! Finally you did it! Celebrate before you move on!

Don’t over do it!

If you are workaholic, you probably tend to not take breaks. Don’t do this! It causes you to burn out! By burning out, you are not going to help yourself. This will cause you to get more anxieties and added stress to your work. You can take a quick walk! You can relax by having a cup of coffee by yourself, or just to call a friend to chat a little bit.

In order for you to reduce stress and feel good again, you really have to start working on yourself and your priorities.
